Built on over 15 years of progressive HR experience across Banking (Union Bank), Telecommunications Services (Telinno Consulting Limited - with operations across West Africa), and Professional Services (Paul Usoro & Co and The New Practice). My career spans HR Information Systems, HR Business Partnering, and Executive HR Leadership roles, including Group Head of HR for a regional telecoms service provider organisation. I later transitioned into Professional Services as Head of HR & Administration and currently serve as Practice Administrator in a commercial law firm, with responsibility for HR and oversight of key business support functions.
I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK) and approach my work with a strong focus on structure, performance, and organisational effectiveness, drawing on global best practices and practical business realities.
